This firm represented a secondary mortgage company who was defrauded by the defendant involved in a $55 million real estate scam. This firm's client had loaned in excess of seven (7) figures to the Defendant. The matter was initiated by this Firm on an Order to Show Cause seeking temporary restraining orders and writs of attachment on all of defendant's real estate. This matter was tried to conclusion and was heard before the Superior Court in the State of New Jersey, Chancery Division, venued in Passaic County.
