James Kridel

James A. Kridel, Jr. brings a wealth of business, legal, military and life experiences to his law practice. For four years, Mr. Kridel served as a special agent for the United States in the field of Counterintelligence, which resulted from his voluntary service with the United States Army during Vietnam. Before starting his own law firm, he was the tax partner at a previous firm.

Anne L. Heldman

Anne L. Heldman joined the Kridel Law Group as an associate in the litigation department and focuses on complex civil litigation. Her prior work experience includes extensive estate planning, administration, and litigation from her positions as Special Probate Clerk to the Hon. Donald W. De Leo at the Hudson County Surrogate’s Court and department liaison to the Superior Court of New Jersey,
