- Summation™: Litigation support software that allows attorneys to effectively manage case information including transcripts, documents, exhibits, and other electronic evidence and to manipulate this information throughout all stages of litigation. Basically every document or image which comes in this office regarding a file is scanned in searchable format and in an image format so that should there be in extensive amount of documents one can easily within a few seconds locate a particular letter by typing in the appropriate search criteria. Once found the image of that document can be reproduced immediately as well as read and/or should same be within a larger document such as a deposition then parts or the entire deposition can also be read in conjunction with the particular document or passage that is being searched. Another use of this software would be to determine what each of say, fifteen witnesses said occurred on a specific date as to a specific incident and then graphically compare same for the purposes of inconsistencies or consistencies. This is a very powerful piece of software used typically for large cases to permit immediate access to the information electronically and search large amounts of data in seconds for purposes of motions , cross examinations and other such trial procedures.
- CaseMap™: Litigation support software that allows attorneys to organize, evaluate, and explore the facts, key individuals or witnesses, and the issues in a case by converting bland facts and issues into full color presentations for the courtroom and office use. Case map is software which tends to evaluate People, documents, evidence, issues and the like for settlement and/or trial purposes . It is in effect a complete map of all the cast of characters of a case including the issues and all the evidence associated therewith.
- TimeMap™: Timeline and graphing software which links to CaseMap™ and converts the case information into visual presentations allowing attorneys, clients, and the Court to clearly understand the facts in a graphic timeline. TimeMap , in essence is software which presents a proportional time grid with the facts attached thereto. By looking at the visual of the time map one can analyze cases as well as interpret same. One of other advantages is by moving fact boxes attached to the time grid to either side of the time grid so one can compare the various positions to further analyze the case. This is a remarkable piece of software which presents in visual mode the details involved in a case in a graphical format. Additionally this is sometimes used in this office to reflect what has been done procedurally on a case and in effect shows the progress thereof graphically.
- Time Matters™: Fully interactive office management software which allows both attorneys and support staff to access and organize client and case information, in-office and out-of-office calendars and to-do’s, in one database. Within each matter, one can view all the contacts, telephone calls, documents, email and etc. associated therewith by the click of a mouse.
- Billing Matters™: Office accounting and billing software which seamlessly integrates Time Matters™ databases to accurately and efficiently manage office and client finances, trust accounts, and monthly billing.
- PC Law™: Practice management software which links to Time Matters™ and Billing Matters™ providing attorneys and support staff with additional time management and accounting features assuring that client monies are precisely allocated. This software accurately maintains time records by attorneys and staff to assure that billing is accurate and precise.
- Zetafax™: Digital faxing software which allows attorneys and support staff to manipulate, email, and manage facsimile correspondence through office-wide broadcasting and long-term archiving abilities. In other words when a fax is received by the office same is broadcasted to everyone’s individual work station with a hard copy being made through the printing system. Therefore everyone knows by individual notification of the arrival and the forwarding of all the faxes as well as the content thereof.
- Oaisys NetPhone™: Net Phone provides attorneys and support staff with telephone features and call handling functions directly from the desktop computers. The software manages incoming and outgoing call functions and synchronizes with Time Matters™ and Billing Matters™ assuring that important calls are recorded and not overlooked.
- Olympus™ Digital Dictation: Digital voice transcription software and handheld transcription modules which allow attorneys to electronically dictate client and case information and then email or upload the messages while out of the office or from their desk for purposes of transcription.
- Tapit™: Internal office call accounting software which tracks and records all incoming and outgoing calls and provides attorneys and support staff the ability to print daily, monthly, or client phone reports. This software provides additional back up for billing and for purposes of recalling time and costs expended.
- Westlaw™: Extensive online libraries containing cases from all states, practice materials, research materials, and practice management tools which provide attorneys with essential resources for effective representation of clients. If a case is decided an hour ago our office will be aware of it.
